Goodbyes and bad endings

The Made in Chelsea final this week wasn’t as explosive as the previous seasons but it wrapped up nicely and showed snippets of the coming MIC in NY which will be EPIC 😀

The Alex and binky saga, which now drives me mad, continued to go on till the end, but this time round they were both made to look like idiots as everyone around them kept telling them they were clearly not meant to be together due to their bickering, yet they continued to stay together and were left completely friendless at the end. They gave a little speech to the group telling them all to stop giving their input on their relationship, but to be honest I think that just made them look even more foolish. They both look so sad and depressed in the relationship and the fact that Binky’s own mother is telling her Alex isn’t good for her should make alarm bells ring in her mind. Anyway we’ll just see if the relationship baggage continues to NY or is left in the UK.

Jamie decided that he needed to keep away from Lucy and not be friends with her in order to get rid of his feelings for her; not a good idea in Lucy’s mind. Lucy, who will occasionally shed a tear showing she is not a robot, told Jamie that she wanted to remain friends with him but he said he couldn’t do that. However later when everybody took to Andy’s getaway mansion Lucy and Jamie shared a night together but apparently nothing had happened LOL. I wish Lucy would just put down her barriers and own up to her feelings for Jamie.

Stevie and Steph said their final goodbyes as Steph left for LA. It became the first ever civil, nice breakup in MIC, not sure whether I found it as emosh as they wished to portray it on TV though haha.

Louise and Fordy had their cook off in which sparks flew, despite Sam interrupting the date, and they later shared a kiss at the getaway.

The single boys all raved about their excitement at travelling to NY, especially Jamie and Spencer, so it’ll be great entertainment to watch that over the summer.

MIC finale - as it happened

For now MIC has come to an end but MIC-NY should be amaze balls and I can’t wait for that to begin in the summer. Bring on more posh nosh food, arguments, dramas, hook ups and love triangles!!

Wild and crazy times: Jamie, Stevie and the other MIC singletons frolic in the water during Andy's 'pardy' at Langley House in Wiltshire

And it all comes to an end – Ex on the beach

Ex on the beach came to an end on Tuesday with its final episode. Things came to blows as Ashley dived in for Liam when he couldn’t deal with any more of his shit stirring, Ricci and Vicky attempted to bring closure to their negative history and some of the other couples attempted to tie up loose ends.

Ashley got fed up of Liam’s shit stirring and confronted him, along with Ricci, when he could take no more. Ash charged in to attack Liam but but he just tried to walk away from him, and give him digs from afar. Ash was then made to leave the villa early on the last day due to his behaviour. Him and Talitha did however manage to end things on a positive note and even got back together after leaving the ex on the beach villa, however according to T’s tweet last night it looks like they’re once again broken up:

Ricci and Vicky attempted to put things to bed between them and reconcile their differences, however things didn’t pan out so well. Vicky tried to make Ricci feel as if he was in “her house” and Ricci wasn’t taking any of her nonsense, telling her she is simply a “bully”. After seeing the final episode I do feel sorry for Ricci and can see how it was completely unfair for him to be judged by everyone based on Vicky’s opinion, it was nice that Chloe stuck by his side despite many of the other girls siding with Vicky. The lads however did give Ricci a chance and he was accepted by many of them at the end.

Dan was a complete gentleman throughout ex on the beach and I am quite gutted him and Vicky are no longer together, however I do believe that he was too good for her, a
nd good for him for finding himself a lovely lady back in Aussie land.

Dan Conn Ex On The Beach

The oddest couple ever, Joss and Farah, didn’t end up together after the show finished; not a shocker at all. It seems that they only latched onto each other because they didn’t manage to find anyone else in the house.

Ross and Shelby seemed like they would give their relationship a go again, but we then found out at the end that they never did continue things back in the U.K and Ross is still the player he always has been; no surprise.

We also didn’t hear, see or learn much about Emma, Jack or even Chloe or Emily in the final episodes or many of the previous ones as the bigger characters took over.

In the end it seemed that nobody managed to find love in the Ex on the beach villa, but it did make great TV and it was an awesome show. Hopefully there will be a season 2 and a variety of new ex’s and house-mates.

Ex On The Beach

All that’s left to say is WHO’S EX IS NEXT?

Liz and Linda become the fourth and fifth evictees – CBB

What an exciting week it has been for Celebrity Big Brother. Wednesday 22nd January found Liz as the fourth evictee from the Celebrity Big Brother house and Friday 24th January saw Linda becoming the fifth evictee.

After an exciting journey to the north pole and Jim, Liz and Sam becoming nominees, Wednesday night finally saw relief on Liz Jones’ face when she became evictee number four. Coming out to mixed cheers and boo’s Liz cringed whilst watching her best bits with Emma and expressed her happiness at being out of the house.

Ollie and Sam also had to take part in a task which forced them to reveal their views and feelings on the issues that have taken place in the house. This was followed by face to face nominations, and the task was still fresh on Linda’s mind. She accused Ollie for never standing up for himself and not being man enough. Ollie then addressed the house to take a stand for himself, since becoming one of the housemates to face eviction, but was simply laughed at and taunted by Luisa and Linda. Surprisingly Sam did not stick up for Ollie which was annoying. Linda also began to come across as a miserable old git, due to her continuous arguments with Jim and her nastiness towards Ollie, and it was great to see her evicted on Friday night.

In her conversation with Emma she became very feisty when questioned about Jim’s and her relationship; stating that she didn’t want to speak about Jim any longer. Once Linda left Emma Willis made the housemates believe that they were all in the final. But this was just another one of Big Brothers tricks as one housemate was to leave on Sunday night.

After receiving this news everyone seemed to become a lot more relaxed and even Casey and Lee became really really cosy; sharing a bed together again. A new task didn’t let this last for long though. A grandfather clock was placed in the house on Saturday and every time the clock struck everyone had to pause in whatever position they were in until it chimed again. Each time the clock struck surprises emerged from it, these included; Lee’s boy band Blue, Ollie’s mum, aunt and pet dog, Sam’s mum and most shockingly of all JASMINE!

Oh yes Jasmine came with a lot on her mind and told Lee and Casey exactly how she felt. She let Casey know that she was coming across as very ‘desperate’ pouncing on Lee as soon as Jasmine left. And she also told Lee off for ‘leading Casey on’ and making Jasmine feel like an idiot having to watch the two of them together. Once she left both Lee and Casey were shocked, Casey cried that she had ’embarrassed’ her parents and Lee emphasised that him and Casey were just friends and that he felt really bad for hurting Jasmine as he truly liked her.

Sunday night brings about a surprise eviction to the house which will leave six housemates in Wednesday nights final.
